Voucher Terms and Conditions

• Vouchers can be used for any Craft Movie Night event, workshop, class, or ticket sold through our website.
• Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the full value of the voucher is not used in one booking, the remaining balance can be used for another event within the validity period.
• Voucher codes must be entered at checkout at the time of booking.
• Vouchers cannot be used after the expiry date.
• Lost or deleted vouchers can be reissued as long as proof of purchase is provided.
• If an event is cancelled by us, the voucher holder will be offered a transfer to another event or a replacement voucher.
• If a customer cancels their booking, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.
