Accessibility & Travel Information

This event will take place in Screen 2 at Cineworld, SSE Odyssey.

Getting to the Venue

By Train

  • Take the train to Titanic Quarter Station, just a short walk from the SSE Arena.

By Bus

  • Shuttles: Free shuttle buses run every 15 minutes from Europa Buscentre to SSE Arena (07:45–20:15).

  • Northside Park & Ride: Free shuttles every 10 minutes from Northside P&R to SSE Arena (07:40–20:20).

  • Glider G2 Service: Runs every 15 minutes from Belfast city centre to SSE Arena.

By Car

  • Follow signs for the SSE Arena, Belfast (formerly Odyssey Arena), which are clearly marked on all major routes.

  • From the M2, follow signs for the M3. Exit onto Queens Island and follow signs to the SSE Arena car park.

Parking

  • Customers receive 4 hours of free parking in the Odyssey Car Park with a valid cinema ticket for the same day (tickets must be validated inside Cineworld).

  • There are 60 designated accessible parking bays available.

Venue Access

  • Building access: Cineworld is on the second floor and can be reached via both an elevator and escalator.

  • Screen access: Screen 2 has step-free access into the screen room. Please note that only the front row and third row are fully step-free. There are two designated spots for wheelchairs. Seating is first come, first served; however, if you require a specific seat for accessibility reasons, please contact us in advance at events@cruca.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Seating: All seats recline slightly

During the Event

  • Lighting: Low-level house lights will remain on during the film to allow attendees to see their craft projects. You are welcome to bring a small personal light if you would like additional visibility.

  • Sensory considerations: There will be no trailers. Guests will be welcomed at 6:30pm, and the film will begin promptly at 7:00pm.

  • Facilities: An accessible bathroom, along with male and female bathrooms, are located a short walking distance from the screen.

  • Assistance animals: Service and assistance dogs are welcome.

  • Photography and video: Photos and videos may be taken during the event for social media. If you’d prefer not to appear in them, please let us know on the night.
